Tired, uneven finish sanded back and re-varnished in a mahogany gloss.
Door varnishing
We strip, sand, stain and re-varnish timber doors and frames. Faded, sun-bleached, scratched or peeling doors come back to a deep, even finish.
Typical time: 1–2 days per batch of doors. For a whole-house job we work in rotation so you are never without a bathroom door overnight.
Not sure which finish to choose? Read varnish vs laminate vs paint.

Every varnishing job is quoted from photos, because door size, timber, carving and the condition of the old finish all change the work involved. WhatsApp 2–3 photos of each door and we'll reply with a price.
Yes. After sanding we can stain lighter or darker. Going much lighter than the current colour is limited by how deep the old stain has soaked in, so we'll show you a test patch first.
Both. High gloss gives the deep shine you see in many of our photos; satin looks more modern and hides small marks better.
Solvent-based varnish has a smell for a day or two. We can use a water-based varnish with low odour if you have young children or pets.
No. Laminate isn't timber, so varnish won't bond to it. For laminate doors, a new laminate wrap or a replacement door is the right option.
WhatsApp 2–3 photos (full door + close-up of the damage). We reply with a price range, usually within the hour during working hours.
