Starting prices are for standard-size doors. Jobs marked "Send photos for quote" are priced from your photos. Final price is confirmed after photos or a site visit, before any work starts.
A toilet door frame rotten at both bottom corners: repair from $250, with no hacking of the frame out of the wall and no tile or plaster touch-up. A full frame replacement takes more work, so it is quoted from photos.
Pricing FAQ
Why are some jobs quoted from photos?
Door sizes, timber, how far the damage goes and finish all vary. Frame-section repairs have starting prices for standard HDB and condo doors. Replacements, varnishing, main doors and hinge work are quoted from your photos.
Is there a transport or inspection charge?
Quotes from photos are free. If a site inspection is needed and you go ahead with the job, the inspection is included.
Are there discounts for several doors?
Yes. Whole-house varnishing and multiple frame repairs on the same visit are priced per job, which works out lower per door.
